Individual Therapy

I often think of people as puzzles-- we can step back to appreciate and understand the whole picture-- we can also lean in to examine the pieces to see how they fit together.  At times people come to therapy wanting to work on just a section of their puzzle-- at other times, people want to link multiple sections together to make sense of themselves, their relationships, and their world.

I work with people who need help with:

  • Exploring how past relationships influence their current experiences

  • Life stage transition (e.g. retirement, new parents, empty nest, etc.)

  • Making major life decisions or change
